You can refer any client that wants to buy a house but does not yet qualify for a mortgage. Common reasons include low credit, deficient savings, a recent bankruptcy, and/or self-employment.
We work with clients whose credit scores are at least 550 and income is over $55,000. Clients will also need to have cash to fund an initial deposit of 2% to 3% of the purchase price. Landis also considers other factors like general credit history.
